Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 August 2026
This policy explains what information Lets Build Somethings Great collects when you use this website or get in touch, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short, because there is not much to say — we collect very little.
Who we are
Lets Build Somethings Great is an independent engineering studio operated by Ritesh Chauhan. For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete information we hold about you, email rc18.official@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and a description of your project. We use it only to reply and to discuss working together.
Nothing else, by default. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and does not build a profile of you. Basic server logs may record IP address and browser type as part of normal hosting operation.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide services you engage us for, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to paid engagements are kept as long as tax and contractual obligations require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rc18.official@gmail.com and we will act on the request within 30 days.
Third-party services
If you book a call through a scheduling link on this site, that booking is handled by the scheduling provider under its own privacy policy. Following an external link — including to GitHub or any social profile — takes you outside this site and this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with an updated date at the top.
